Affected counties reported so far: Brewster, Crockett, Edwards, Gillespie, Jim Hogg, La Salle, Lea, Medina, Pecos, Schleicher, Starr, Sutton, Terrell, Tom Green, Uvalde, Val Verde, Zavala.
